This Platform enables multiple Launch Boat companies to manage their Boat operations from Booking to Invoice generation. Each company can upload the contracts it has entered with its clients individually and provide an App for the clients to book the trips on their own. Company can also define any number of its own boats to whom the trips would be allocated. Company can also define its own staff including Counter executives, Boat Captains and Accounts staff. Once a booking is done, Counter executive can assign any of its boats to a trip. A notification goes to the Boat Captain on its device with trip details.
From there on, the trip can be monitored by the Counter executive as well as by ground staff of the Client. Provision for Passenger to sign on Captain device for creating a digital Voucher is also available. Once the trip is complete, an Invoice can be generated by the Account’s staff. Provision to combine multiple trips to one invoice based on completion of the Vessel’s port call is also available.
